Product Description:
Shipping container liners enable products to be transported without the possibility of the contents becoming contaminated, and prevent products from contaminating the shipping container.
Container Liner forms a clean, dry and protective shield between the product and the floor and walls of the container. The Liner Bag is designed and suitable for 20ft, 30ft, 40ft, 45ft container to be used as a low-cost alternative to TANK/Big Bag/Small Bag to pack and transport of free-flowing bulk products. Such as dry granules or powder of chemicals and other products. After discharging, the Container Liner is simply removed and recycling. Keep the container clean and free of residue and the contamination for the next loading products.
Container liners are manufactured by using laminated PP fabric, providing inlet, outlet along with air vent based on the customer requirement. These container liners also custom made with providing hooks, Velcro, attachment etc. to help the filling discharge activities. They are also made completely contamination free and every liner is vacuum cleaner before packing.

Bulkhead: Container Liner body need protect by Bulkhead (PP/PE Woven or PE Film) protecting against from the door and potentially dangerous during transportation.
Hanger System: Are designed and suitable for the Standard Container Hook. Blue TAB/Welding Disk/Stitching Loop Bungee Cord/Rubberband/Webbing/String Hook.
