Specifications:
YOKOGAWA CA500 Calibrator
A portable multi-function process calibrator / simulator that can source and measure DC volts, DC current (4–20 mA), thermocouples, RTDs, resistance, frequency/pulse and more. Used for loop checks, transmitter simulation, and field instrument calibration.
Typical use: field calibration of transmitters, loop testing (simulate 4–20 mA transmitters), checking/adjusting sensors and control loops during commissioning or maintenance. (CA500 is the mid-accuracy multifunction model.)

YOKOGAWA CA550 Calibrator —
What it is: The CA550 is the higher-end model in the same CA500 family — a multi-function process calibrator with extra features (higher accuracy, data logging/automatic test sequences, USB connection for data transfer/PC recognition, modem functionality on some variants).
Typical use: same use cases as CA500 but for tasks needing higher accuracy, automated calibration sequences, saving CSV test records, or PC integration for calibration reports. Especially useful where traceable records or automation of calibration steps is required.
Specifications:
Low-concentration zirconia oxygen analyzer (sensor based on zirconia cell) for measuring O2 from ppm levels up to percent/volume ranges.
Usage : precise monitoring and control of oxygen concentration in processes — semiconductor manufacturing, inert-gas atmospheres, furnace/heat-treatment atmosphere control, combustion control, leak detection into inert gas, etc. Good where fast response and long sensor life are needed.
