-Heavy-duty rack is composed of upright column, main and subsidiary beam, diagonal bracing and self-locking screw. It is easy accessibly, and can avoid unsteadiness coursed by bolt loosing.
-Main beam adopt cold-rolling p-type close beam. This structure makes the whole rack simple, light and cheap, but also stable and heavy load.
-Post plate and upright column are combined by special safety pin, when the rack is been heavily shocked, the design protect the main beam from being shocked down.
-Strip laminate, which is popular in the world, is heavy loaded, wear proof, can be replaced simply and cheap.
-There are holes each 75mm on the upright column, so the laminate are adjustable every 75mm.
-Loading of heavy-duty racks is determined by the size of main beam, laminate and the number of reinforcing ribs. Normally the rated loading of each layer is above 800kg, and if choose proper upright column and main beam, the rated loading may reach 2500kg.
-The height of upright column is always not more than 12 meters, and rack mezzanine can be build on the top of it.
