Galvalume Steel
Definition
Hot-dip alumunium-zinc allor-coated steel has high alumunium content, 55% of mass and 80% of capacity and shows better thermal resistance than ordinary hot dip galvanized steel sheets. Even when exposed to high temperatures it show neither significant increase of mass due oxidization nor any surface discoloration due to progressive alloying.

Width:600--1250mm
zinc coating:20-100gsm
Galvanised(Gl)Metallic coated sheet, specifically continuously hot-dip zinc-coated(galvanised) sheet,is a well-known product with a versatile range of applications in general industry, buildings, construction and appliances. As the name implies, continuous hot-dip coating involves the application of a molten coating onto the surface of steel sheet(cold- or hot rolled) in a non-stop process.
Advantages of Galvanised:
Total Protection
Less Maintenance.
Lowest First Cost
Lowest Long Term Cost
High Strength Steel Plates In accordance with the technical evolution, structures or pressure vessels are becoming bigger and more highly pressurized recently. To maintain the safety of those structures, consequently, customers have required high strength steel plates with good weldability and high toughness.
Advantages of High Strength Steel Plates
High Strength
Good Weldability
Excellent Notch Toughness
Excellent Uniformityand Clean Surface
Good Workability
Wide Range of Sizes

Galvanized steel coil is a type of steel coil that has been coated with a layer of zinc to protect it from corrosion. The zinc coating is applied through a process called galvanizing, which involves dipping the steel coil in a bath of molten zinc.
Benefits
1. Corrosion Resistance: The zinc coating provides a barrier against corrosion, making galvanized steel coil ideal for use in harsh environments.
2. Durability: Galvanized steel coil has a longer lifespan compared to uncoated steel coil.
3. Low Maintenance: The zinc coating reduces the need for frequent painting or maintenance.
4. Cost-Effective: Galvanized steel coil is often less expensive than other corrosion-resistant materials.
Applications
1. Construction: Galvanized steel coil is used in building frames, roofing, and wall cladding.
2. Automotive: It\'s used in car bodies, chassis, and other components.
3. Appliances: Galvanized steel coil is used in washing machines, refrigerators, and other household appliances.
4. Industrial Equipment: It\'s used in machinery, pipes, and other equipment.
Specifications
1. Coating Thickness: The zinc coating thickness can vary from 100 to 350 grams per square meter.
2. Steel Grade: Galvanized steel coil can be made from various steel grades, including Q195, Q235, and Q345.
3. Coil Size: The coil size can vary depending on the application and manufacturer.
4. Surface Finish: Galvanized steel coil can have a variety of surface finishes, including matte, glossy, and embossed.
