Mango pulp is a thick, smooth puree made from ripe mangoes, capturing the rich, sweet, and aromatic essence of the fruit. It is produced by selecting fully matured mangoes, which are harvested, washed, peeled, and then processed to extract the pulp. The pulp is refined by removing seeds and fibers, then pasteurized or thermally processed to ensure safety and preserve its natural flavor and aroma. It is often aseptically packed to maintain sterility and extend shelf life.
