Moser Baer Blu-ray Discs

Mose Baer Blu-ray Disc has a capacity of 25 GB. Its main uses are high-definition video and data storage. The disc has the same physical dimensions as standard DVDs and CDs. Because of the wavelength 405 nm( nanometres), substantially more data can be stored on a Blu-ray Disc than on the DVD format, which uses a red (650 nm) laser. Moser Baer has been the first to commerically launch this product.

Neck pain is a common health problem in modern society, mainly caused by cervical degeneration, muscle strain, nerve compression or inflammation. Traditional treatments include drug analgesia, physical therapy and surgical intervention, but some patients are drug-dependent or cannot tolerate the risks of surgery. In recent years, Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) has gradually become the most popular treatment for neck pain relief due to its non-invasive, painless, and side-effect-free features. In recent years, Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) has gradually become an effective adjunct to relieve neck pain due to its non-invasive, painless and side-effect-free features.

What is Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)?
Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), also known as Photobiomodulation (PBM), is an effective treatment that utilizes specific wavelengths (usually 600 to 600 millimeters) to treat neck pain. The use of a specific wavelength (usually 600-1000nm) of low-power laser or LED light irradiation of human tissues, in order to promote cell repair, reduce inflammation and relieve pain physical therapy.

Principle of action:
Enhance cellular energy metabolism: laser light is absorbed by the mitochondria, promote ATP (adenosine triphosphate) synthesis, accelerate tissue repair.
Inhibit inflammatory response: Reduce the release of pro-inflammatory factors (e.g., TNF-±, IL-6) to relieve chronic pain.
Improve microcirculation: reduce blood viscosity, promote local blood flow, relieve muscle spasm and nerve compression.

How does LLLT relieve neck pain?
Common causes of neck pain include cervical disc herniation, muscle strain, arthritis or nerve root compression, and LLLT works through the following mechanisms:

(1) Reducing Muscle Tension and Inflammation
Prolonged bowing of the head or poor posture can lead to excessive tension in the neck muscles (e.g., trapezius, scapularis), and LLLT relaxes the muscle fibers. LLLT relaxes muscle fibers, reduces lactic acid buildup, and relieves stiffness and soreness.
For cervical arthritis or synovitis, LLLT can inhibit inflammatory mediators and reduce swelling and pain.
(2) Promote nerve repair
Cervical spondylosis is often accompanied by nerve root compression, resulting in numbness or radiating pain in the arm. LLLT can promote nerve myelin repair and improve nerve conduction function.
Research has shown that the 650-808nm wavelength laser has a significant effect on peripheral nerve regeneration (Reference: Journal of Photomedicine and Laser Surgery).
(3) Improve cervical disc health
Cervical disc degeneration is one of the main causes of chronic neck pain. LLLT can stimulate the proliferation of annulus fibrosus cells, slow down disc degeneration, and improve the health of cervical intervertebral discs. LLLT can stimulate cell proliferation in the annulus fibrosus, slowing down disc degeneration and reducing the recurrence of pain.
