The characteristics of Packing/ Construction Grade are:
rough surface, lowest price of plywood, suitable for construction, furniture industry for making crates, cabinets and boxes or packaging.
We are focuing for Indonesian Wood (such as: Albasia Falcata, MLH, Full Hardwood/Keruing).
The Characteristics of Uty Grade :
sanded one side only thatâ??s why this grade is not very smooth (only one side is smooth), core gaps, big patches and discoloration exist in the back, cheap price, suitable for construction and packaging).
BB/CC grade is our best quality of plywood, but BB/CC grade may have small imperfections that are filled and sanded, 2 sides sanded well, suitable for your every needs/ furniture
Commonly described as decorative plywood. The plywoods are glued with good looking veneers which produced by premium hardwood through slice cutting process or half rotate cutting. Suitable for furniture and interior design demand.
We have 2 kinds of Melamine Board : Single Face (One side only) and Double Face (2 sides that are covering with Melamine white and glossy).
Covered in a hard-wearing melamine impregnated paper film (smooth, white melamine color). Melamine faced plywoods are tough, water proof and scratch resistant.
Suitable for furniture, kitchens toys manufactures and installations such as shopfitting, exhibitions displays, workshops and vehicle conversions.
Blockboard is classified as a plywood due to it's construction of at least 3 veneers (face, core & back). However, it differs from plywood as it's core is comprised of strips of solid timber or veneer laid on edge which is bonded and then faced with veneers on each side
