Specification: 1,2 -1,5% fat, 35% proteins, 50% lactose natural sugar. No extra sugar or vegetable oil added. 100% cow milk powder of white-yellowish color. Milk from cows not gmo fed. Both are obtained by removing water from pasteurized skim milk. Both contain 5% or less moisture (by weight) and 1.5% or less milkfat (by weight). The difference is that skimmed milk powder has a minimum milk protein content of 34%, whereas nonfat dry milk has no standardized protein level.
Regular Skim Milk Powder (SMP) for Ultra Heat Treated (UHT) milk is a soluble powder made by spray-drying fresh pasteurized skim milk. This ingredient is powdered nonfat milk solids for recombined UHT milk, suitable for UHT applications.

Skim Milk Powder is hygroscopic and can absorb odours. Therefore adequate protection is essential. It is recommended that product is stored at temperatures below 25C, relative humidity below 65% and in an odour free environment.
