QCW Diode Pumped Laser Modules (DPSS laser modules at 1064nm) are designed with QCW laser diode arrays for Nd:YAG pumping. It can provide high pulse energy for amplification up to 2000mJ with high repetition rate up to 1KHz. These QCW DPSS laser modules are mainly used for research applications.
The 808nm series high power laser diodes with optimized QW structure made by htoe have a high reliability, high performance. It has several structures of emitter width. The 808nm series high power laser diodes can get 300mW 500mW 1.0W 2.0W 3.0W and 5.0W at RT and CW condition. These products can be applied to solid-state laser pumping sources, medical usage, target designation, and free space optical communication applications.

The UV laser marking machine is developed by using a 355nm UV laser. This machine uses a third-order intracavity frequency doubling technology. Compared with infrared lasers, the 355nm UV laser has a very small spot, and the marking effect is directly interrupted by a short-wavelength laser.
