We conduct research and scientific activities for improvement of sturgeon breeding production quality, fish stress resistance, resistance to various negative factors of the cultivated fish.
All listed facts above allow producing about 10 000 - 12 000 kg of the premium classical caviar from our breeders. Infinity Sunrise produces premium caviar of sturgeon fishes in accordance with GOST P 55486-2013 pressed caviar of sturgeon fishes in accordance with GOST 7368-2013. Each party of the raw material and the final products is controlled by veterinary and sanitary inspection to guarantee the safety of the product.

We feed our fish only with natural forage which fish eats in a natural habitat. Our sturgeon herd is contained in the cages placed in running water that is the natural habitat for the species. And the water where the fish is contained as well as the quality of food always affect the fish taste and, especially, the taste of the caviar.

All our production is carefully inspected and produced under sanitary control. Caviar delivery to the final consumer is carried out in thermal containers. Such delivery provides the original taste and the premium quality of caviar.
