Partial transfer hot stamping foil uses PET as a base foil, coated with release layer, color layer, aluminum layer, and adhesive layer. Partial transfer hot stamping foil is suitable for high-speed automatic blocking machine, and low-speed blocking machine, the effects are as good as clear.

Printing & Lacquer Coating: Printing will be done as per the text, layout and shade of hand proof as approved by the customer. For non-printed surfaces, a specified clear lacquer will be coated as a protective layer. Printing inks and lacquer coatings are capable of withstanding 160 C for 1 second dwell time. For printed foil shade, tolerance to heat will be based on a shade card (light to dark) only.
