We company develop a series of wind power generation combination substation, which can change 690V voltage generated by wind power dynamotor to 35kVor 10kV voltage through rising and changing voltage, then send to gird system or users, finally finish the task of wind power generation. So, wind power generation combination substation is the best matching product of wind power generation system.
Structure and performance features
1, structure features
A, main body adopts the structure of common box transformer. Assemble high-voltage load switch, plug-in fuse, transformer body, off-circuit tap-switches and other H.V components in a sealed tank, transformer oil as insulating medium, its size is small and performance is excellent .
B, Overall combination type wind power substation is composed of H.V chamber, L.V. chamber, oil tank and radiator. Install chip radiator on the side of oil tank, the chip radiator is combined by guide pipe and cooling fin which can better adapt to high-power transformerâ??s cooling requirements. In order to prevent vandalism, to these cooling fins with weak mechanical, we will use steel shield that be punched cooling holes to enhance the protection. By substation, rise the voltage of power generated through wind dynamotor and merge into grids.

In order to meet the needs of our national PV power generation, our company developed two series of PV power generation transformers on the base of wind power generation combination transformers.
1, ZG(F)SF11-Z.G-â?¡/35 series three-phase split type off-circuit voltage-change PV power combination transformer
The structure of this series of products is same as that of wind power generation transformers, except that L.V. side winding, outlet method and electrical equipments adopt special structures. L.V side is equipped with double-split winding and two outlets which can be connected with two PV generators at the same time, meanwhile, equipped with essential protective electric elements. This series of products are with characteristics of good electrical performance, small size, light weight, reliable operation, easy to install, high cost-effective, etc.

a, design thought: adoptsâ?� two generators, one transformerâ?� program, means two PV generators combines with one transformer. L.V side is equipped with double-split winding ,two outlets and L.V electric system which can be connected with two PV generators at the same time.
b, users can rise one transformerâ??s output capacity under the capacity of same generators, which can save usersâ?? investment and operational cost.
c, materials of transformersâ?? casings can be chosen according to different environmental requirements: conventional composite panels, stainless steel composite panels, non-metallic fiberglass cement, etc.
d, casing material has a good level of protection and corrosion resistance, which can effectively prevent wind, rain, snow and salt erosion
e, H.V. electrical equipments have five protection functions: H.V. fuse of substations and overload switchgear carry out interactive protection, prevent transformers working under the condition of lacking phase; H.V use three-position load switch that can be checked and repaired safely under the state of grounding; H.V overload switch and grid door of transformer chamber adopt â?? electric locking, realize the protection function of automatic power-off when mistakenly open the grid door.
f, transformer chamber adopts natural ventilation and automatic controlling forced cooling exhaust devices, has a exhaust system which can be controlled automatically with temperature change, can effectively control and low chamberâ??s temperature, meet the need of full overload operation.
g, low voltage equips with 690V main circuit breakers, over-voltage protection equipments , and we can design complete automatic measurement and intelligent control systems.

This standard conforms to GB/T12173-2008 "General Electrical equipment for mining", JB 8739-2015 "Flameproof high voltage distribution device for mining", GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive environment Part 1: General requirements for equipment", GB3836.3-2010 "Explosive environment Part 3: Developed by the relevant requirements of the increased safety type "E" protected equipment "and other standards, the technical parameters and requirements of this standard are more specific, detailed and more operational.
This standard specifies the type specifications, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of GKG mining general high voltage switchgear.
This standard is applicable to GKG type general high voltage switch cabinet used in coal mine without gas, coal dust explosion danger places and other similar underground industrial production departments such as non-coal mine mountains.
