The series submersible sewage pump is mainly used for industry,agricultural,fishery,mine drainage,building construction, municipal environmental protection and tunnel construction etc. Trades to drain off soild particles with short fiber, confetti,sediment and so on. Or drain off software solids liquids. Such as mud,grey water, life wastewater, sewage and so on. The series submersible pump is the ideal equipment for agricultural irrigation,raising livestock and poultry manure pit,cleaning the silt of pool and construction site.
Usage:
Used for discharging waste water and other material with granular material, also it can be used for clean water and corrosive medium.
Conditions of using:
1.The medium temperature should not be over 40oC ,PH:4-10.
2.The solid volume ratio of the medium should not be over 2%.
3.The kinematic viscosity of medium between 7*10-7m2/s---23*10-6 m2/s.
4.The density of the medium is 1.2*10 3kg/m3.
5.Centered on the impeller,underwater not more than 5m.

High and low pressure water seal components:
The high and low pressure water seal design of the "U"type special material enhances the performance of the water pump and improvesits service life. The plunger support guide ring ensures the coaxiality of theplunger, extending the service life of the water seal and plunger.
Pump head assembly:
Selected stainless steel material, new and efficient structuraldesign, high strength, no pores, long service life, and safe operation.Reinforced 8-bolt fastening, 18mm, grade 12.9.
Check valve assembly:
The valve cage is made of special materials that are sturdy anddurable. The stainless steel poppet valve and spring extend its service life.The disassembly and assembly of one-way valve components is simple and easy tomaintain.
Pommel:
Precision machined hard solid ceramic plungers, as well asthickened SST limit bolts, provide longer service life, better durability andapplicability.
Bearing:
Large tapered ball bearings ensure the concentricity of thecrankshaft connecting rod and ensure stable operation of the water pump.
Bearing Block:
Precision machining ensures coaxiality and concentricity.
Crank axle:
Precision forging process and hardening treatment ensure thestrength, service life, and durability of the crankshaft.
Oil viewing window:
The oil viewing window located behind the water pump isconvenient for checking the oil level and easy to repair. Precision die-castingand high-quality sealing rings ensure the sealing effect of the rear cover.
Oil seal and O-ring:
A better crankcase oil sealing system, with stainless steelsprings for oil seals to ensure sufficient tension.
Plunger connecting rod:
Super strong alloy material, split structure, higher loadstrength, longer service life, ensuring safe and stable operation.
INSTALLATION AND USE
Suitable for use with clean water and liquids that are notchemically aggressive towards the materials from whichthe pump is made.
They are reliable and easy to use, so they are widely usedin domestic and civil applications such as the distributionof water in combination with small and medium sizedpressure tanks, for transferring liquids and for the irrigationof gardens and orchards.
The pump should be installed in an enclosed environmentor sheltered from inclement weather.
