Holographic threads are fused into the blister foil in such a way that hologram becomes the part of blister foil and cannot be removed or tampered.Our foils are of high quality and are consistent and reliable.The aluminum foil is directly embossed (max width 160mm) hologram image on the surface of aluminum foil. It's embossed by hologram nickel shim. Post this,a customized holographic image is transferred on the aluminum foil using advanced technologies.
PS/PP/UNIVERSAL LACQUER COATED AL.FOIL LIDS- these lids are used for top sealing of cups/containers made of HIPS/PP/PVC/PP.
VMCH/HSL COATED AL. FOIL LID-these lids are used for top sealing of cups/containers made of PVC/PET.
POLY LAMINATED AL. FOIL LIDS-these lids are used for top sealing of cups/containers made of HDPE/PP.

Printing & Lacquer Coating : Printing will be done as per text, layout and shade as approved by the customer. Printing inks and lacquer (PS/PP/UNIVERSAL) coating are capable of withstanding a temperature of 160C for 1 second dwell time.
