Product and Description :polyaluminium chloride (PAC)
The product is high-efficient ,cheap and nontoxic inorganic high molecular compound .It's easily soluble in water .In the hydrolytic process, it is accompanied by the chemical processes such as electrochemistry ,coagulation ,absorption and precipitation . The product has the features including wide applicable range of PH value ,large granule ,and quick speed in sedimentation .It's widely used in treating the domestic drinking water, domestic sewage and industrial waste water .
Production Process:
The plate and frame filter press is a plate and frame filter press. The reacted liquid PAC is filtered through the plate and frame machine to remove impurities, insolubles, sediments, etc. The processed liquid has a higher purity, and the dried product has a golden color and dry particles Uniformity, high content, extremely low water insoluble matter. The products processed by this process can be used as drinking water-grade water treatment agents, and can also be called drinking water-grade polyaluminum chloride.
Application:
PAC is a kind of inorganic macromolecule flocculant. Through the hydroxyl ion bridging function and the polyvalent anion polymeric function, it produces large molecular and high electricity inorganic macromolecule. It adapts a wide pH range of 5.0~9.0, and the best is between 6.5~7.6.

Packing, Storage and Transportation:
Package in 25kg P. P woven bag or paper-plastic bags with PE lined, or as per buyer's instructions. In storage and transportation, pay attention to heatproof and moisture proof. The powdery. Product will be damped to be caked and will be poor in solubility if exposure to air for long time.
The colors of polyaluminum chloride are generally white, yellow, and tan. Different colors of polyaluminum chloride are also quite different in application and production technology.
Our factory produces both types of polyaluminum chloride. Spray drying requires higher quality raw materials during the production process, and the production cost is high and increased a lot. The relative cost of drum drying is lower, The selection of raw materials does not need to be too strict.

Cautions:
1) Water treatment chemicals of different manufacturers or different brands cannot be mixed and cannot be mixed with other chemicals.
2) The original solution and diluent are slightly corrosive, but lower than other inorganic coagulants.
3) Effective storage period of the product: half a year for liquid and one year for solid. The solid product can still be used after being damp.
4) PAC is currently a widely used flocculant, but customers must purchase PAC products from their own actual fields. Different fields require different levels of PAC.

It is NOT intended for applications, directly or indirectly, related to human consumption.
