Please provide a quotation to the following requirement from importer -
Product : Copper Cathode 99.97%~99.99% Required
Specifications:
Quantity: Trial : Minimum 1,000 MT, afterward 5,000 ~ 10,000 MT per month x 12 months
LME -22%. Seller pays 2% Commission for buyer side
Procedures : FCO - ICPO - draft SPA - sign SPA - 2% PB - operative DLC
TRANSACTION PROCEDURE (Non-negotiable)
1. The seller provides FCO
2. The buyer issues an ICPO or The buyer returns the signed FCO
3. The seller sends the draft contract
4. Buyer reviews/Indications
5. The seller issues a proforma invoice
6. The buyer drafts the DLC
7. The seller issues a 2% PB, and the buyer sends valid workable from top 50 banks DLC
8. Shipment shall commence within 30 days after the issuance of the DLC certificate
9. The buyer can witness the inspection/loading
