Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate is a kind of white crystalline powder with a chemical formula of MgSO4 �· 7H2O. It is odorless, salty, and bitter. It is used as a nutrition fortifier (magnesium fortifier), curing agent, flavor enhancer, and processing aid.
