what is a radiant tube
A radiation tube is a tube extending straight from the center in all directions.It refers to a non-central pipe (or dry pipe) which conveys the material action of the dry pipe to a designated or non-designated address.Radiation tube is widely used in heating furnace and is the main heating element of heating furnace.

What is a steel sleeve?
Steel sleeve is also called a steel joint. A connector for connecting reinforcement and having an internal thread corresponding to the thread of the screw head. The construction process is simple. The end of the steel bar is processed into straight thread by rolling process, and the two steel bars are connected with each other by the corresponding connecting sleeve.

As the sleeve rotates at high speed during working, the requirement for concentricity and dynamic balance of the sleeve is strict, which has a great influence on the product qualification rate and subsequent reprocessing. Therefore, centrifugal pouring is the best production process for the steel sleeve.
Sometimes products need heat treatment, which puts higher requirements on steel sleeves. Generally speaking, carbon steels such as ZG45 and ZG55 have lower strength and are not resistant to high-temperature deformation, they need alloy steel sleeves such as ZG35CrNiMo, ZG25Cr2Mo1V and 35CrMo.

Quenching process: Pit quenched with water quenching and oil cooling.
