In Indonesia, other than Robusta and Arabica, the rare type of Coffee ??Excelsa?? grows on the land of Wonosalam around the Mount Anjasmoro. The city lies in Jombang Region of East Java. Wonosalam is well known for producing Durian plants, cloves, mangosteen, cocoa, salak, and coffee. Since the Dutch colonizers introduced coffee in different regions of Indonesia, natives have been cultivating Excelsa at a large-scale in Wonosalam.

Excelsa Wonosalam trees grow at the land of an altitude 1000 meters above the sea level. The trees require a humid temperature and little water to grow healthy. Usually, Excelsa elevates to 8 meters but pruned to 4-5 meters for harvesting. The farmers grow Excelsa Wonosalam organically by preventing the use of chemicals such as pesticides.

Arabica is a self pollinating plant, where Robusta is cross-pollinating. Cross pollination gives more variety and as a result larger differences in bean types, and ultimately flavor. Self pollination allows the variety to remain the same with less mutations, giving a more consistent bean production. Arabica beans are slightly larger and more oval-shaped while Robusta beans tend to be much smaller and more rounded. While the shapes don't necessarily make any difference in taste, they act as a sort of spot check when importing new beans from a farmer.

A coffee bean is a seed of the Coffe plant and the source for coffee. It is the pip inside the red or purple fruit often referred to as a cherry. Just like ordinary cherries, the coffee fruit is also a so-called stone fruit. Even though the coffee beans are not technically beans, they are referred to as such because of their resemblance to true beans. The fruits; cherries or berries, most commonly contain two stones with their flat sides together.

Coffee robusta represents 43% of global coffee production, with Coffe arabica constituting most of the remainder. There are several differences between the composition of coffee beans from arabica and robusta. Beans from robusta tend to have lower acidity, more bitterness, and a more woody and less fruity flavor compared to arabica beans

Coffee-leaf herbal drink is a fairly new arrival to the market.

- It is not made from coffee beans but from the leaves of the Arabica coffee plant.
- The leaves are roasted and ground up or crumpled, resulting in an infusion with a similar taste to green tea.
- Since it uses the leaves of the coffee plant, it has less caffeine content than regular tea and coffee, on par with decaf coffee.
- Coffee leaves are high in polyphenols and antioxidants, higher even than green tea.

Coffee leaf tea is amber in color and has a refreshing earthy taste.

Green coffee beans are the raw seeds of coffee cherries that have been separated or processed and have yet to be roasted. All of a coffee's taste and flavor potential is held within this green seed. This potential is ultimately unleashed through roasting green coffee.

Their extract is popular as a dietary supplement, but green coffee can also be purchased in whole-bean form and used to make a hot beverage, much like roasted coffee.

Many artisan coffee roasters, buy the green beans and roast it to perfection themselves to create coffee magic.

"Prices vary based on grading of the coffee and where it is grown."

MOQ: 10 MT

Available in both Robusta and Arabica and variants, supplied from Vietnam, India, Indonesia, South America and Africa.
