Sound insulation door is composed of door leaf and door frame, and is a finely fabricated steel door that is formed from high quality cold-rolled (galvanized) steel plate through cold machining, and filled with sound absorption/insulation materials in the door body based on sound insulation grade, adopts advanced technology, unique design and special seal fabrication technology, and has excellent fire protection, sound insulation and escape properties and stable application property.
The size of sound insulation door and sound insulation property can be selected based on sound insulation grade requirements, installation space and fireproofing grade. Various hardware fittings can be provided based on user needs. The surface is coated with the finish (finish color can be designated) after rust prevention and spraying treatment, and powder spraying can also be carried out based on user needs (powder spraying treatment is not allowed after painting), and thermal transfer printing technology is adopted, and the surface of sound absorption/insulation board can be made from several apparent materials. It is characterized by rational structure, good integrity, strong strength, convenient construction, smooth and good-looking surface, flexible opening and robustness, etc. The maximum temperature resistance is 300â??~350â??, which can withstand aerodynamic load of 2000N/m2, and average sound insulation quantity is 40dB(A), and the maximum sound insulation quantity is up to 60dB(A).
