Reflective glass is float glass with a metallic coating that cuts off solar heat.The coating film may provide mirror effect, preventing visibility from outside and preserving privacy. Nobler tinted glass is manufactured by float process.Without sacrificing glass strength, just adding mental oxides at the melting stage, to make the normal float glass colored. The coloration wonot affect the glass basic performance, but the reflectance of visible light is little higher than normal clear glass.
Tinted Glass is produced by the float process with the addition of small quantities of metal oxides to color the normal clear glass mix. This coloration is achieved through adding metal oxides at the smelting stage. Addition of color does not affect the basic properties of the glass, even though visible light reflectance will be slightly higher than clear glass.
