Nowadays, the excavators of PC100-5 and PC120-5 which Travelling Deceleration Device is adopted the Cyclodal drives mechanism have been widely used in the prevailing marketing. The RV transmission mechanism is made up of involution cylinder gear planet deceleration mechanism and cycloid wheel planet deceleration mechanism. The needle bearing of cycloid wheel planet deceleration mechanism is the weakness tache during transmission due to it's working under bearing heavy force and high revolution. So the RV transmission needs high quality for needle bearing. Actually, the needle bearing is easy to be fraied in practice and must be lead to the abrasion of other transmission components once it's out of order. What's worse, it will result of transmission be paralysed and shorten the using life time of RV transmission mechanism. It also needs to be replaced by three eccentric shafts, two cycloidal gears, six needle bearings and six 33207 taper needle bearings as most of the transmission parts are broken which will consumedly increase maintenance cost. At present, the quality of bearing is not consistant in our market and cause the two mechanisms with high maintenance ratio as using disqualified axletree.
