1. PP base filler: 70%-85% CaCO3, MFI suitable for applications such as: pp woven sacks, pp extrusion, non-woven, injection moulding, etc.
2. PE base filler: 65%-85% CaCO3, resin: Virgin LLDPE+ LDPE+HDPE for applications: PE film blown, extrusion, sheets, casting, etc.
3. Transparent filler masterbatch: Talc or Baso4 base grade.
4. White masterbatch: TiO2 from 20%-70%
5. PS filler: 20% - 70%
6. CaCO3 powder: D50=1.5m +- 0.3 Âm
Mixing rate: From 5- 60%
Packing: 25kgs/bag or 1100 kg/Jumbo bag. 25 MT/20 FCL
Delivery time: 7- 10 days upon receipt of LC or TT deposit

How to use:
- Can be use with PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE
- Mix with raw material before blowing (from 6% to 50%. Different ratio decided by the product and user).
Product Characteristics:
1. Improve the anti-heating, rigidity and tightness property.
2. Remove the surface light from plastic products, to get sub-light effect.
3. Improve the surface antifriction and antislip property of plastic products.
4. Reduce shrinkage ratio of final products to Improve stability that size.
5. Reduce fire heating quantity of plastic products second to reduce pollution.
6. Improve surface printing property of plastic to reduce needed electric current under surface corona process.
7. Provide breathe free to film products.
8. Improve heat-conduction property of plastic molding material to reduce period.
9. Reduce the application ratio of white color masterbatch.
PP CaCO3 Filler masterbatch contains mainly CaCO3 Calcium Carbonate powder, resin PP and some additives. CaCO3 made natural mineral calcite with high pure over 99 %, high whiteness > 96 %. This product used to replace one of part virgin resin, from that help save cost for the end product and improved some properties such as: whiteness, hardness, strength.
