FELIS Single Needle Frame Type Mattress Quilting Machine
FELIS is a frame by frame single needle computerized quilting machine. It has a moving sewing head and moving frame in order to accelerate the movements by reducing the weight of moving parts.

ET-ROLL-310 is a full automatic mattress rollpack machine with the self-wrapping system. The mattress is wrapped fully automatic without any need for manual hand bagging.
Any type of mattresses are fed by the conveyor and wrapped, compressed, sealed and rolled.
Robust structure is able to apply 50 tons of hydraulic pressure on the mattress in order to make the mattress completely flat and easy to rollpack.

HYDRA Double Head Double Roll Feeding Continuous Quilting Machine
HYDRA is a full automatic double feeding system, high speed double heads quilting machine for upholstery, mattress and home textile industries. It performs the whole operations of feeding with motorized rollers, quilting and cutting the quilt in length. The double feeding system offers quilting two rolls at the same time while offering motorized width adjustment for single feeding mode with the exchange time of 20 seconds. The double feeding system is very useful for high capacity sofa production as well as mattress headboards. It doubles the production of sofa and headboards by quilting two rolls at the same time.
