The Ceramic Belt Scraper is a kind of new-style cleaning equipment for conveyer belt .
This unique ceramic belt cleaner can be installed on a diagonal in front of the head pulley. You can adjust the spring-loaded holder and nuts to ensure full contact between conveyor belt and ceramic belt cleaner.
The main material of the belt cleaner is ceramic blocks, which of more abrasion and corrosion resistance. The ceramic belt cleaner is 20 times of polyurethane, 5 - 10 times of steel, the effect produced by belt sweeper is unmatched by other materials, and the service life can reach more than one year.
2.Characteristics:
Because ceramic belt cleaner is not absolutely parallel, the traditional sweeper is partially leave out, and the ceramic belt cleaner is installed on the belt roller part in the way of diagonal, and the effect of spring keeps it close to the belt, and its cleaning effect is obviously better than traditional sweeper. If the wear occurs after long-term use, only adjust the tightness of the spring to achieve the ideal working state.
