·This CNC cutting machine adopts gantry structure, its cross beam have many specifications, both of them adopt dual drive and lineal guide. Torch quantity is optional according to users'demands.Cnc plasma cutting machine is mainly used to cut 1-60mm metal plates.

The CNC cutting machine can cut mild steel (flame cutting) and high carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other nonferrous metal (plasma cutting), etc, be widely applied in industries such as machinery, automobile, shipbuilding, petrochemical, war industry, metallurgy, aerospace, boiler and pressure vessel, locomotive etc.

The device structure is in the form of 3-roller hydraulic symmetrical type. The up roller is in the central position over two bottom rollers, it vertical lifting up and down through hydraulic oil in cylinder acting on the piston. The two bottom rollers are main driven rollers, they do rotation movement, and to supply torque of the device through the output gear of gear box meshes with bottom rollers gear. The construction of the device is compact, easy to operate and maintain.

The frame is entirely welded with steel plates, and treated to relive stress by tempering.

It adopts three point supporting type rolling guide way to raise shearing precision.

Rectangle knife which has four blades has a lasting life.

The portable and prompt adjustment of the blades gap and the value of gap are indicated by digital,convenient and fast.
