The process is used to recycled the waste consumed pet bottles. It contains the debaling, bottle prewashing, label removing, mannual sorting, crushing, gravity separating, flakes washing, drying and packing units. The contaminations content will be less than 200ppm. It can be used to make psf fiber, poy, sheet and non-food grade pet containers. And you can choose automatic sorting machine depends on your requirement.
The process is used to recycle big capacity and stable quality raw material, especially for psf manufacturer and recycled poy manufacturer with big capacity. The process flowchart as below:
De-baling----- label scrapping------ label separation------- bottle pre-washing--------manual sorting and metal detecting-----wet grinding-------gravity separation-------chemical washing for pet flakes-------rinsing--------drying--------packing.

Pvc: 30 ppm. Our pre-washing process can make pvc become distinguishable. But the efficiency of labors in bottle sorting unit is important.
Colored pet flake: should be less than 20 ppm. But it should depend on efficiency of bottle sorting labors.
