A very versatile Board Machine, operating width 4200 mm, maximum speed is 450 m/min, producing
fluting, liner, plasterboard liner, brown board and other grades. Grammage produced 110 to 600 gsm.
Commissioned in 1988, latest upgrades in 2000-s.
Installed production capacity is up to 450 t/day and the mill produced in excess of 110,000 t/year.

Dekelon also provides paper machines for the production of specialty paper, included regenerated leather, asphalt paper, grey board, sealing gasket paper and filter paper. The specialty paper is made from the leftover material of various leather, scraps from the buffing machine, waste fibers and more, which are first processed into pulp and then formed into a paper sheet with a width of 0.6-5mm on the fourdrinier table. After this, the paper sheet undergoes dewatering, pressing, drying, polishing, flattening, cutting, winding and packaging in the specialty paper machine.

The specialty paper production line is widely used for different leather products, including leather bags, belts, clothes, sofas, shoes and more.
The ZGS series high consistency pulper is mainly used for pulp board and is primarily used for pulp board and waste paper disintegration, broke and waste paper deinking, and pulp purification. The capacity of this high consistency pulping system is 3-80t/d.
Under a high consistency, this pulper can achieve a rapid waste paper disintegration and deinking. Due to its large production capacity, low energy consumption, steam and chemical economy, easy maintenance, long service life, low noise, small vibration and stable operation, it saves up to 50% in water and energy.

The xxzwn series disc thickener from dekelon, is used in the pulp and paper industry for dewatering and thickening low consistency paper pulp. Not only can this gravity thickener be used to thicken wood, cotton and straw pulp, it is also suitable for filtration and thickening applications in other industries.
When compared to other types of fiber suspension thickeners and other existing dewatering and thickening equipment, our disc thickeners feature a simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, a high production capacity, wide pulp adaptability and more. They have become increasingly popular among the pulp and paper industry.
According to the specific location of the drive part, the thickening machine has two arrangement modes. If the user is facing the outlet and sees the drum, and the drive part is on the right, the machine is a right hand thickener, represented by "y." on the flip side, if the drive part is located at the left, it is called a left hand thickener, represented by "z."
Dekelon paper machine for printing and writing paper production. It can be used to make A4 paper, newsprint paper, writing paper and more, in 50-300g/m² from wood pulp, waste paper, wood and other pulp. The design speed of this newsprint paper machine is 300m/min, and the breadth is 1092-4100mm.
Structural Features of the Paper Machine
1. Headbox
This paper making machine is designed with an open headbox, which is composed of the taper pipe, stepped diffuser, rectifier roll and box. The pulp distributor with a pore plate made of organic glass comes with three step diffusion. The top and lower lips of the slice are made with stainless steel. The top lip has full and local control.
2. Forming Section (Wet End)
The fourdrinier table has a length of 18,000mm. With the exception of the bearing block, which is made of aluminum alloy, the rack is completely constructed from structural steels by welding, and covered by a layer of stainless steel at a 1.5mm width. The forming section of the paper machine consists of the breast roller, forming board, foils, suction boxes, vacuum couch roller, electric wire tightener, pneumatic corrector, and edgy warping device.
3. Press Section
In the press section, the fourdrinier machine uses a vacuum suction pickup roller and three suction rolls.
4. Dryer Section
This paper machine is equipped with 28 sets of f1500mm steam-heated cylinders and one f3000mm cylinder in the dryer section. Paper dryers are typically arranged in groups. The arrangement pattern is, in sequence: 6 dry cylinders, 6 dry cylinders, 8 dry cylinders, 1 dry cylinder, glue applicator and 8 dry cylinders. They are driven by a sealed gearbox and lubricated with a thin oil.
5. Drive and Control Section
This paper machinery uses a sectional drive system composed of an AC variable frequency motor, reduction gearbox with a hard teeth surface, and universal spindle coupling. It comes with an all-digital closed loop control system.
