1.General introduction of our polyester fabric

SHANGHAI SHANGSHAI BOLTING CLOTH MANUFACTURING CO., LTD is a professional manufacturer of all kinds of Screen Printing Mesh, Filter Mesh and Flour Mesh, established in 1997.



Our company has 3 factories, the largest one is located in ANPING, HEBEI, is a recommended enterprise of the HEBEI Government. The factory in Hebei covers 119 ACRES (79,373 square meters), the two other factories are located in Shanghai.



Mainly Products: Polyester Mesh, Terylene Mesh, Nylon Mesh, Polyamide Mesh, Flour Mesh, Stainless Steel Mesh, Iron Wire Mesh, Filter Mesh, etc. screen printing and filteration related products.



2.Application:

1.Equipments: 300 SWISS SULZER RUTI weaving machines, 5 Benninger high speed warping machines, 2 water washing heat setting machines. The width of weaving machines: 280cm, 330cm, 360cm, 390cm.



2.Exported Countries: America, Germany, Japan, Britain, Italy, Russia, Brazil, Turkey, Argentina, Pakistan, Thailand,etc all over the world.



3.Usage:It is widely used in bolting, filter, textile printed and dyeing, printing plate, electronic printing, ceramics, glass printing,the industries of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, cement, environmental dedusting and mine. The fabric has been brushed, so it is more flexible and thicker,the dedusting efficiency can reach 99.99%.



3. Features & Advantages

1) Imported weaving and warping machines from Switerland or Italy make sure the high quality products and the production.



2) We produce variouse of polyesters mesh, nylon mesh and some other stainless steel mesh for printing and filtering. Our products are widely applied in high-density printed circuit boards, CDs, keyboard, ceramics, printing of T-shirt textiles, printing on glasses, and adadvertisement signpost making etc.. They also serve as filter in aerospace, petrifaction and other high technology regime
