IRC’s Polyurethane components are versatile and a wide range of products can be made where hard wear and tear, heavy load bearing and water resistant properties are required in the application. The components are widely used in the automotive industry, railway industry, and oil, gas pipelines aviation and for agricultural machinery.
Polyurethane is a light weight and very strong material. Size and complexity of a component are rarely a limitation in our products. IRC’s polyurethane products will outlast rubber products by 1 to 10 times rods, sheeting and blocks are easily available. Cost effective due to low cost tooling and long life expectancy resistant to corrosion, oil and chemical, radiation, impact act and abrasion. Products are used in temperatures from 40’c to 120’c. Can be manufactured from a 55 shore A soft grade to 90 shore A hard grade. Can be manufactured in any color.
