1.The Shell is made of precision aluminum casting alloy with attractive and smooth appearance.
2. Two high-precision bearings are used to support the entire shell for a good coaxality, which enables to run stably at a high speed for a long time. 3. Used multi-mini-spring compensation mechanism and full flow area design lowers the pressure drop, hence it avoids the spring being corroded and prolongs the service life. The main seal face is designed with SIC hard alloy and excellent quality carbon graphite rings for an effective sealing and abrasion resistance.
4. The shell body is designed with an oil nipple, enables to fill lubricating grease in the bearings regularly. Multi-scupper is designed, so maintenance measures can be taken in due time in case of leakage to prevent the medium flowing inside the bearings and cause damage.
