CAST IRON FOUNDRY

We produce grey cast iron and ductile iron in our foundry in city Konya /Turkey.

We use for melting a modern medium frequency induction furnace (Meltingcapacit y: 500 kg / hour)
Cast iron / graphite flakes
in piece weights from 0,15 up to 400 kg
in the qualities EN GJL 200-300 according to DIN EN 1561
[Or GG 20, GG 25 and GG 30 according to DIN 1691]
Ductile cast iron
in piece weights from 0,15 up to 400 kg
in the qualities EN GJS 400-700 according to DIN EN 1563
[Or GGG 40, GGG 50, GGG GGG 60 and 70 according to DIN 1693]
High alloyed cast irons (NiHard,White cast iron)
The whole production controlled with a consistent quality assurance system

All charges are monitored In a separate test laboratory . Mechanical tests ,r¶ntgen and crack tests done by our government laboratory and documented.

Individual pieces and small series are manufactured in the hand moulding. Larger quantities are produced by shell molding process.
