Brief introduction:
Lt-01 leak tester is designed for the examination of airproof property of packages, containers, bags, pipes. Lt-01 package air proof tester is widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, electrical and electronic industries, etc. Lt-01 leakage tester complies with astm d3078 and gb/t 15171 standards.
The leak detection system is composed of the mainframe and the vacuum chamber. A test sample is placed into a vacuum chamber with water and the air above water level is evacuated by a venturi vacuum ejector. A great pressure difference is created inside and outside the sample and any slight leakage can be observed and identified when the sample is inflated.
