T5 adaptor kit is a complete conversion system that can be used to directly replace the existing t8, or t10, or t12 lamp with electromagnetic ballast.

Instructions
1) turn off the power;
2) remove the t8 tube and starter;
3) install the t5 adaptor kit;
4) switch on
