Rinsing bottles inside with sterilizing liquid, germless water (clean water) and pure water.Operating Procedures as below

Step 1: Spray and cleanse with disinfectant (CLO2) for 24 seconds;
Step 2: Spray and cleanse with disinfectant (CLO2) for 24 seconds;
Step 3: Rinse with clean water for 20 seconds.
Step 4: Rinse with pure water for 15 seconds

Step 1: Spray and cleanse with disinfectant (CLO2) for 20 seconds;
Step 2: Spray and cleanse with disinfectant (CLO2) for 19 seconds;
Step 3: Spray and cleanse with disinfectant (CLO2) for 18 seconds
Step 3: Rinse with clean water for 20 seconds.
Step 4: Rinse with pure water for 15 seconds

2. Filling Part
Fully-automatic filling pure water into bottles, controlled by PLC.
3. Capping
Fully-automatic covering and pressing caps on bottles.

3) Also we can send engineers to your factory for machine installation and commissioning, the air returns tickets, traffic and room & board fee in your country should be on your account. In our experience of exporting the machines, usually the buyers were able to do the installation and commissioning by themselves. Our machines will be delivered to you in nearly assembled condition.
