Active Carbon Face Mask
Applying active carbon powder to a nonwoven base, using micro-molecule felting material, makes active Carbon cloth. So it is a very absorbent, breathable fabric, it is thin and can be easily shaped through heating. It can prevent a large amount of industry gases being inhaled such as benzene, formaldehyde, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, etc.
The 4 ply active carbon facemask is composed of pp nonwoven cloth on the top and bottom layers. The middle two layers are active carbon filtration material and melt-blown non woven cloth. This kind of facemask is odorless, can filtrate bacteria, dust, micro granules, and organic poisonous gases effectively.
Active carbon facemasks are to be used mainly by people who work in low-grade pollution. Such as chemical factories, oil paint factories, shoe factories, medical treatment facilities, electric welding factories, and some experimentations.
