Procedure:
a- Buyer provides ICPO + CIS/KYC + POF (MT799)
b- Seller replies with FCO + POP
c- Buyer signs FCO
d- Seller provides SPA
e- Buyer will countersign SPA and provide SBLC or DLC as a guarantee
f- Buyer will pay the first shipment at loading port against SGS, B/L, Certificate of Origin and all necessary documents

Please note:
Shipping terms: CIF and SBLC or, in some cases we can do FOB or SPOT deals, but then there's only payment at loading port, without a bank instrument involved.
