BINON's tablet chocolate comes in five varieties. This chocolate is made from cacao pods (cacao fruits) harvested at a farm in Ba Ria-Vung Tau, in southeastern Vietnam. It features a fragrant and fruity flavor, nurtured by careful fermentation.

Matcha
The base is white chocolate made from cocoa butter extracted from Ba Ria-Vung Tau cacao beans. To achieve the perfect blend, Shizuoka matcha was chosen after much trial and error. The slightly bitter matcha is a perfect match. This product is a superb fusion of Japanese and Vietnamese characteristics.
