Our Planifolia beans are hand-selected from our farmers in Bali & Kupang,
East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Each of these regions produces high quality
Planifolia with slightly different fragrant taste and unique aroma that can't
be found anywhere else.
Planifolia comes from the fruit of an orchid called vanilla planifolia, its
characteristic is high vanillin content and has longer and slender bean
In order to attain the taste and aroma to its maximal potential, we only
select fully matured beans through our unique curing process and
supervised by a vanilla specialist.
