King combination nipple
King combination nipple, KC Nipple, is a hose coupling for transition from a hose to pipe, equipment, valves or strainers. Default connection is NPT male thread. KC nipples are also available in grooved end, fixed flange or turnback flange. Sleeves are commonly used to crimp rubber hose or layflat hose on combination nipple for low pressure application. Ferrules and heavy duty KC nipple with interlock groove provide even better crimping. All fittings are available in plated steel, SS304, and SS316.
Installation of this is fairly simple and straightforward. Simply slide the Hose into the barb inside and either crimp or lock on with a hose clip depending on application and pressure. The other side a easy screw on will complete the assembly.King Combination Nipples are recommended for 10 bar working pressure discharge and suction service for compatible liquids. They are not for compressible products such as air or nitrogen on size 1 1/4â?³ and above.
