API grade - 34 to 37

Delivery basis - CIF and FOB (if the Buyer has a VLCC)

Product loading point - NNPC Bonny Terminal, Rivers State, Nigeria

Quantity - up to 10 million BBLs per month (2 million BBLS per shipment)

Seller will provide 2% performance bond upon confirmation of SBLC instrument from the Buyer.

Price - The price to be paid shall be based on â??Dated Brent' as published in the Platt's Oil Gram Report.
The price shall be calculated on the three (3) days average mean quotation, one day before bill of lading date, bill of lading date and a day after bill of lading date.

Discount - Gross 11 USD/bbl, Net to Buyer 6 USD/bbl, Commissions 5 USD/bbl split 3 USD/bbl Seller and 2 USD/bbl Buyer Facilitators.
