5. Performance: white crystal. Smell of acetic acid. Moisture easily. It is easily soluble in water ( 1g/ml) and emits 42.25% acetic acid. The pH value of 10% aqueous solution is 4.5~5.0. It is decomposed when heated to above 150â??. Combustible.

6. Uses : preservatives; antifungal agents; acidity regulators; chelating agents.
