This machine is to use rated size copper stripe to clad aluminum rod, after argon gas protecting welding, the raw wire can be drawing to small size from 10mm to 2.05mm, after eddy current flawmeter accepted, the wire can be drawed smaller to 0.12mm.
Output: 1.5 to 2.0ton per day.
Economical effect: the density of cca is about 37-40% of copper, its length is 2.45-2.65 times of copper in same weight and diameter.
The cca wire is widely used for coaxial cable or wire cable.
