WOODPECKERPLY Film Faced Concrete Shuttering Plywood is one of our premium products widely used for form (concrete shuttering) works across the globe. It is made using 100% eco-friendly plantation wood (rubber wood) veneers, which are as good as hardwood veneers with a density of 700 Kgs per CBM. These veneers are machine dried and bonded with high quality phenol formaldehyde (100% Boiling Water Proof) resin or MUF resin (Moisture Resistant) under controlled temperature and pressure. It is further covered with resin – treated paper that turns into a protective film during production. Edges are sealed with water based acrylic paint.

Grades we have

MR (Moisture Resistant) Grade which facilitates 4 to 5 repetitions, depending
on handling and storage.
BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Grade which facilitates 10 to 12 repetitions,
depending on handling and storage.
Application:- Universally used for centering works for columns, beams, slabs etc.
Other uses are Outdoor furniture, structures,
vehicle body building, container flooring, etc.
