1. Submission Of Documents And Price List
The Producer Or Supplier Shall Provide The Complete Price List Of Products Together With All Valid Documents Required For Entry Into The European Market.
2. Review And Selection Of Products
Upon Receipt Of The Documents, The Packaging (bulk Or Retail) And The Price List Will Be Reviewed. After The Evaluation And Final Approval, The Selected Products Will Be Confirmed For Purchase.
3. Delivery Of Goods
The Producer Or Supplier Shall Deliver The Approved Products, Along With The Agreed Documents And Prices, To The Warehouse Designated By Our Company In Germany, After Customs Clearance. Delivery Shall Be Made In The Name Of Our Company. All Products Must Be Supplied And Packaged Under Our Company’s Brand. After Delivery, Our Company Will Inspect And Receive The Goods, And Subsequently Distribute Them In Bulk To Our Customers.
4. Payment And Contract Terms
Payments Will Be Executed Under A Long-term Contract With A Minimum Duration Of Five (5) Years. Payment Remittances Will Be Issued Progressively During The Sales Period.
5. Supplier’s Obligations
The Supplier Must Guarantee The Consistent Quality Of All Shipments.
Continuous And Uninterrupted Supply Of Goods Is Required.
In Case Of Any Inability To Deliver Goods In A Specific Month, The Supplier Must Notify Us At Least Two (2) Months In Advance In Writing
Quantity Required : 1 Twenty-Foot Container
