YOUTH ZF-07B, the first in the world and patented Vacuum Refilling Machine with NO Damage to the cartridges, applies the unique technology of vacuum refilling through ink ventilation holes, which is completely different from the common needle filling method and filling through nozzle method. No damage whatsoever will be done to the original cartridges using our refill system.
There is no need to pull apart the paster of the cartridge, or open the cover or ball bearing. The general way of needle refilling may damage the sponge in the cartridge and easily cut through the filter and mix up the different colors. Vacuum Chamber cannot draw out the air in the sponge completely, and the ink injected is hard to reach the nozzles. Furthermore, there are quite a lot of cartridges that cannot be refilled with needle filling. For the nozzle filling by pressure, once the print nozzle is clogged, the refilling will slow down or even stop, and colors get crossed easily. Well, YOUTH ZF-07B is your solution to all these problems.
ZF-07B has specially designed clamps which are used for ink refilling through ventilation holes and each one is designed for a certain ink cartridge. When refilling, just secure the cartridge into the clamps. This is much more convenient than needle filling. And the clamps are attached to the machine by magnetic force and easily replaced and be positioned upside down. ZF-07B, using a LCD screen to instruct every step of operations, is easy for both operators and learners. The special plastic anti-corrosion electromagnetic valves used in the ZF-07B improve greatly the longevity and reliability of the machine, and the ink feeding system makes it extremely easy to switch between different inks.

The Youth Brand ZF-10 Refilling Machine refill ink in its unique designed vacuum trunk, all the cartridges can be refilled in a vacuum condition.

ZF-10 refilling machine has 9 color independent ink volume setting control system, every ink volume can be set between 0-99ml.( you can also to correct the refilling volume when the refilling quantity have a little error than correct one)

To meet the demand of new HP nine color photo printer, ZF-10 designed nine color refilling choice, no need to clean the pipe nor change the ink, the refilling machine can refill ink in 9 colors.
4. Unique detecting and draw off residual ink system, nozzle detecting pen
refill ink, insert the draw off needle in different color sponge of the cartridge, by looking at the draw off ink volume in clear ink pipe from different height to know whether the ink was run out or there are some remaining and remaining volume for any color. It is very convenient for the users to set up different ink refill volume or draw off all the remaining ink. The unique nozzle detecting pen can take out ink to the nozzle when refilling finished, that can guarantee printing quality and inspect whether there are any mixed colors.(match 12 types different longeth and thick needles, you can choose the different needle to match the different cartridge)

The external placed free mini vacuum pump with low noise, stable performance, no need to get a vacuum system, and can use after plug in the electric power. Moreover, in order to strengthen system security, we install the auto discharging system to the waste liquid deposited tank in the machine. Discharging and maintenance is automatically operated, no manual is needed.
7. Unique quick and easy to change joints for the refilling needle
