Introduction
YA series circular vibrating sifter is a multi-layer, high-efficient vibrating screen machine, with the applications of classification, separation, grading, according to material particle size. It is basically a sifting machine that works in circular motion to classify any sizes of bulk materials, such as coal, minerals, stone, and coke, etc. Separating machine consists of screen deck, screen box, vibrating motor, eccentric block, rubber spring, and coupling-adopt motor with vibration exciter that work together to efficiently classify and separate the materials according to any requirement size.
Working Principle
Circular Vibrating Sifter using indirect excitation of the screen mesh. The entire screen frame is driven by unbalance masses, which produce a circular vibrating motion. It used eccentric block to produce strong exciting force. The directionless vibrations of the circular vibrating system have a steep launch angle and the screen area must be further tilted in order to achieve a suitable transport speed.

Drive and Mounting of Circular Vibrating Screen Drive is by electric motor and cardan shaft to the main drive shaft equipped with a single unbalance weight where required additional v-belt can be provided. The drive shaft is mounted on heavy duty roller bearing sets, lubricated with grease or oil. Like the linear vibratory screens, circular vibrating screens are mounted on reinforced rubber springs to prove the same benefits in performance and longer lifespan.

Y series vibrating screen is vibrated by the circling motion, its high efficient screen for filter materials into multiple grade according to the gravel size. For the compact structure and the convenient installation, it is the ideal screening device for prefilter of the feed materials before the primary crushing in the quarry site, it also can be used as separation and filtration solely.

Vibrating screen adopts cylinder type eccentric shaft vibrator and partial block to adjust the amplitude. The materiel sieve drip line is long and more sieving specifications. The circular vibrating screen can also be used for production classifying in quarry, mine, construction, electricity, chemical industry,etc.

Working principle
Y series vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring device, bottom frame and so on. The side plate of vibrating screen is made of high quality steel plate.It is connected with the beam and bottom seat of the vibration exciter with high strength bolts or ring slot rivets, and cylinder type eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block are used to adjust the amplitude.

Vibrator is installed on the screen box side plate to drive vibrator eccentric block produce high-speed rotation through v-belt by the motor so that could produce large centrifugal force to stimulate the screen box produce a certain amplitude of circular movement.The material on the screen is subjected to the impulse passed by the screen box on the titled screen surface and produces continuous throwing motion.So particles that are smaller than the screen hole pass through the screen so as to achieve classification when material enters the screen surface.

Introduction
YK series circular vibrating sifter is a kind of new and highly effective vibrating screen that does circular vibrations and has multiple layers. Circular vibrating screen adopts cylinder postures eccentric block to produce strong exciting force. Its main body is connected by high strength screw bolts. Working Principle
When circular vibrating screen on operation, first the materials will feed on the screen mesh, and the materials will separated uniformly on screen mesh plates.

Screen deck is single screen bar and array length-ways, the screen deck is mounted on exciter directly, and the exciter is the single shaft type, the screen exciter is mounted on screen frame and separated with screen box, the screen exciter is driven by motor via tire coupling, the centrifugal force will make the screen deck vibrate, the screen box will not vibrate, the vibration path is a circle.

Working principle
1.the deck vibration frequency is 50Hz,amplitude is 1-2mm,it has very high vibration intensity, it can reach 8-10 times gravitational acceleration, which is 2-3 times to the ordinary sifter vibration intensity. Vibrators fixed on the screen box, the vibrator flexible system is balanced with the exciting reaction force on the screen box, so the screen box is not moving. The exciting force drives the vibration system shake the deck. The machine is supported by rubber damping spring, dynamic load is very tiny,and need not special foundation, and it can be random installed.
2.The deck consists of three different layers of the flexible screen, the bottomed mesh is made of rope-core polyurethane mesh, trawl formed by hook plate on both ends tight, and contacted with exciting device directly. Composite mesh is paved on tow-net, and it comprised of two-layer bonded stainless steel mesh. The top of composite mesh has contacted the material directly, its bottom mesh size is much more bigger than the top mesh, the bottom mesh contacts the tow-net, thus reducing the working mesh wear. The working mesh aperture ratio is very high, and it has certain rigidity, and it is easy to install, then improving the service life of the screen.
