Yitong string wound filter cartridge adopts the cotton thread as the filter media. The cotton thread is winded around the PP core layer by layer, provides truely depth filtration. It has great dirty holding capacity and interception ability, which provides great sediment filtration effectiveness. It also has exceptionally high structural strength, therefore, it can withstand higher PSID and severe operating conditions.

Introduction
The honeycomb wire wound filter cartridge mainly uses PP, degreased cotton, and glass fiber as raw materials.
a.The ARXF series honeycomb filter cartridge is mainly made of a PP reinforced skeleton and PP fiber threads by winding.
b.The ARXT series honeycomb filter cartridge is made of degreased cotton utilizes yarn spun from processed and degreased natural cotton, wrapped around a PP or stainless steel porous skeleton.
c.The ARXB series honeycomb filter cartridge, constructed with a stainless steel porous skeleton wrapped with glass fiber threads, is resistant to strong acids and alkalis, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius, and suitable for filtration in environments with strong acids, strong alkalis, high temperatures, and high pressures.
This series of products adopts a honeycomb structure with outer sparse and inner dense, which can effectively remove suspended solids and large particles of impurities in liquids.

STRUCTURE
High Flow string wound filter is patented in China by SF Filter. Using multi-holes to make the filter 9 times dirt holding capacity as ordinary string wound cartridges. With O-rings to avoid bypass. 3 grades are available. HFA, HFB and HFC can meet most pre-filtration requirements.
The end cap and dimensions can be customized to meet certain requirments.
