Nicholas is from an Italian hydraulic company. Last year, a batch of hydraulic equipment needed to use the hydraulic check valve urgently. Due to tight time, Nicholas purchased in Italy. After installing the local hydraulic check valve, the equipment commissioning was normal, but 3 months later, some users complained that the pressure of the power unit was insufficient. It was found that the hydraulic check valve was stuck on site, resulting in weak pressure supply of the system.
Nicholas contacted the original hydraulic check valve supplier and the supplier replied that the jamming was caused by unclean hydraulic oil. The on-site personnel found that the hydraulic oil was polluted, so they could only disassemble and clean the stuck hydraulic check valve. After replacing the hydraulic oil of the whole system, the equipment returned to normal. But a few months later, the same problem happened again, and Nicholas's after-sales personnel operated again as last time. The boss felt that the problem should be solved fundamentally after he knew it. Such after-sales cost is too high. Their engineers fed back that they could only install the filter screen at the inlet of the hydraulic check valve, but the original design of the equipment did not consider the position of the filter screen. It will cost more to refit the whole set of equipment.
The boss asked Nicholas to contact more local hydraulic check valve manufacturers to brainstorm. After knowing the problem with this hydraulic check valve from Nicholas, and the hydraulic oil is inevitably polluted, combining with their equipment working conditions and installation drawings, I told him that we can only find hydraulic check valve with filtering function. AAK has similar hydraulic check valve with automatic filtering function. Nicholas doesn't believe that AAK can provide such a hydraulic check valve. After receiving AAK sample and installing it, the equipment works normally. Nicholas asked us how long AAK hydraulic check valve with filter screen can work? We told him that there would be no users to apply for repair within 1 year.
Nicholas asked why we are so confident. I told him that a Canadian customer had the same problem last year. We developed this new hydraulic check valve. Within one year, Canadian customer has not reported that there is a problem with this hydraulic check valve yet. Half a year later, Nicholas sent an email saying that his customers had never changed the hydraulic oil after using AAK hydraulic check valves.
At that time, in order to save the installation space of filter plug-ins for the hydraulic system of Canadian customer, not to use bulky filter containers, and keep the system clean and extend the service life of hydraulic check valves, AAK designed a hydraulic check valve with filter embedded into the body, that is, the filter screen and the hydraulic check valve are installed in the valve block together.
