Higher the twist more the yarn strength, till optimum twist is reached. The number of twists is linked to as turns per meter (TPM). Twisted DTY is often used in apparel, home textiles, and industrial fabrics due to its excellent elasticity, moisture-wicking properties, and durability. We can offer S Twist or Z Twist yarns depending on the customerâ??s requirement.
Twisted Yarns can also be supplied on a soft package on a 170 mm or 230 mm Plastic Perforated tube to be used directly in the dyeing process. These yarns can be supplied with Shrink Wrap Perforated films.
We are also offering twisted yarns with Z Twist and high tenacity ( gpd > 4 + 0) that is specially suited for sewing thread applications. Our twisted yarns are appropriately heat set to remove residual shrinkage and snarling and improve run ability.
Beyarns elastic covered yarn is spandex yarn wrapping with one or two strands of filament yarns to increase filament yarns with higher elasticity and construct textile fabrics for better draping property and keeping in shape.
A:single covered yarn-scy
Spandex is wrapped with one filament yarn such as nylon. It can be divided into two specifications- s and z twist. It is commonly used z twist in elastic fabric, but socks and underwear use both s and z twist to body curve.
B:double covered yarn-dcy
Spandex is wrapped with two filament yarns in opposite directions. One is outer covering, and the other is inner covering. The different tpm makes various sense of comfort touch.
